Zero Ed Gillespie now silent on racism
Republican candidate for Governor Ed #SilentEd Gillespie continues his streak, this time refusing to condemn Donald Trumps’s remarks following the events in Charlottesville—including Trump’s fury-inducing “hatred, bigotry and violence on many sides“.
Not to be outdone by Gillespie’s silence, the Virginia GOP took to attacking Democratic candidate for Governor Ralph Northam, calling him a race traitor for saying Confederate “statues should be taken down and moved into museums“:
