Sign this petition: Richmond City Council + Mayor Stoney Must Enact the Marcus Alert and Civilian Oversight In May 2018, an unarmed and naked Black man named Marcus David Peters was shot and killed by Richmond Police. The officer responsible for the killing wasn’t charged. Marcus’ family and community members have demanded justice since by demanding civilian oversight of RPD.
