Progress Virginia congratulates Congresswoman Elaine Luria on her reelection to the U.S. House of Representatives. Virginia voters turned out in record numbers and made their voices heard loud and clear. The Second District stood up for their community and chose Representative Luria because of her first term support for veterans, accessible and affordable healthcare, strengthening the Affordable Care Act (ACA), environmental protection, and Medicare and Social Security.
